Rango 2011

Rango is a 2011 American computer-animated action comedy western film directed by Gore Verbinski and produced by Graham King. Rango was a critical and commercial success, and won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and the first Nickelodeon movie to be nominated for an Oscar since Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius in 2011. It was released on March 4, 2011 which ran an hour and 47 minutes. In the film, Rango the chameleon accidentally ends up in the town of Dirt, an outpost that is in desperate need of a new sheriff. And it's up to Rango and his friends to save the town from the evil Mayor by finding the water supply.

The Nickelodeon Movies features the voices of actors Johnny Depp as Rango, Isla Fisher as Rango's love interest, Beans, Bill Nighy as Rattlesnake Jake, Abigail Breslin as Priscilla the cactus mouse, Alfred Molina as Roadkill the nine-banded armadillo, Harry Dean Stanton Balthazar the mole, Ray Winstone Bad Bill the Gila monster, Timothy Olyphant as the spirit of the West, with Stephen Root as Doc the rabbit, and Ned Beatty as Mayor of Dirt the evil desert tortoise who wants to control the city's water.
